how to build customer relationship!

every body knows how important customers are in a business, but in fact, it is not easy at all to maintain and attract customers. customers will always leave us because of a minor mistake or one time when they feel that they are not treated well enough. here are some hints that I learned my experience on my current job. first, always keep smile on your face (not fake, because your customers are smart and they will know your smile is fake or real.) second, try to communicate with them on some interesting topic. for example, when you see your customers are using an iphone 5, then you can start this topic. they will appreciate that you have same interests as their. third, listen to customers' complaints, and then solve them as soon as possible. fourth, ask feedback to improve the service. finally, do not be mean to your customers. they are your financial source.

black friday!

Yeah! It is balck friday today! Is it a good time for shopping? The answer is YES! There are many products on sale. Big saving in the year! However, it is not good to stay in a long line to wait in the midnight. It is tired and cold to stay outside. I have learned that it is good to shop online at the black friday. You can compare the price with different stores and find the best deal. Internet is the biggest source to understand better this world!

Tea!

Do you know that tea is not only a way to live healthy, but also a way to cultivate your personanality? You should not wait to drink tea when you are thirty. If you always drink tea in hurry, you never learn how amazing it tastes. Drink tea should be slow, one drink after another, and do not wait until the tea is warm or cool. Drink different kinds of tea will give you  different feeling. I do not mean only their taste is different. Are you ready to learn the secrect of tea?

expectation!

Day after day, things are changing at every moment. When I approach closer and closer to graduation, I feel excited. I have positive expectation how I am going to exploit myself in the future. Some friends tell that do not pay high expectation in my carreer, if I do not reach it in the future, I will fell more disppointed. I know the current economy is in recession, but I think it will be better for us. First, the interest rate is historial low, which is good for entrepreneurs. Second, recession also means that the economy will be better soon. Third, there might be more govermental policies that are benefetial to business to deal with recession. Fourth, some competitors may exit their business so that less competitions occur.

Family and study!

Things are changing so fast! I do not have time to slow down the reality at all. I have to follow the facts to walk out step by step carefully. Sometimes I doubt my ability to handle it, but I can do it. I am so excited that Cindy and my baby are doing fine. I am not easy to cry, but when the moment my baby came out, I cried. I cried from the deepest of my heart. Now, it is time for me to take a ballance between family and study.

Father and Son!

When I was a boy, father was my hero. What he did, I always felt proud of him. I never disobey what he told me to do. When I was 15 to 20 years old, I started to argue with him in some subjects, but I still fully respect him. Even though I did not like the way he asked me to do, I still follow it. After 20-year-old, the conflicts between father and me seems to be  unresolvable because we have too many differences and similarities. We do not communicate too much. To avoid arguments, mother becomes the third party to represent me to father. I try many ways to improve my EQ when I talk with father, but I continue to fail. I really care about my father, but we lack of communication in the past.

some hints in business!

I still plan for my future. I want to become a successful businessman before I am 50-year-old. I know that I have to work hard and be smart to come true it. I can almost imagine how difficult I will be at the beginning when I do my own business. Lack of fundings, few experience, few connections or networks and so on. However, knowledge will be an complement to solve all of problems. if you are smart enough, you can use other people's money to start your own carreer. （think about family, friends, and fools). no experience or few experience is ok. no one is genius, experience can be learned. similary, connection and network can be built.
