how to build customer relationship!
every body knows how important customers are in a business, but in fact, it is not easy at all to maintain and attract customers. customers will always leave us because of a minor mistake or one time when they feel that they are not treated well enough. here are some hints that I learned my experience on my current job. first, always keep smile on your face (not fake, because your customers are smart and they will know your smile is fake or real.) second, try to communicate with them on some interesting topic. for example, when you see your customers are using an iphone 5, then you can start this topic. they will appreciate that you have same interests as their. third, listen to customers' complaints, and then solve them as soon as possible. fourth, ask feedback to improve the service. finally, do not be mean to your customers. they are your financial source.
